  Listing is for Vintage Alan & Ryan Happy Family MATTEL#56710; Ryan was the first son to Alan and Midge (who is in separate listing).Midge has been friend with Barbie. This happy family Dad & Son set dated 2002 by Mattel.The box has not been open. I collected many sets of Midge Happy Family.
  
  Both Ryan & Alan has the quality of Mattel dolls,tough and sturdy for 3+ years old.
  They have beautiful synthetic rooted highlighted hairs
  
  This set represents the father is pushing behind the stroller,where the son is belt up in the stroller, around the neighborhood ,toward the near by park for a picnic.
  The set is included,Ryan(son), Alan(father), the blue stroller with white rim and yellow wheels and meshed bag behind the stroller and blue belt.Both father and son are in matching sporty comfortable plaid button front shirts and roll up sleeves with khaki cargo shorts and comfortable white shoes for a picnic.
  
  Alan is wearing silver wedding ring and silver bangle bracelet on his right wrist.
  He has sporty fun yellow camera hung on his neck, dropping to the front ,ready
  to take photos of fun time spending with his first son, along with all great stuffs,
  Including radio, frisbee, sippy cup and snacks for fun time picnic with his son at the park.
  
  Ryan has synthetic rooted hair that has highlights. Ryan also has rooted hair. The set will make excellent collectible for 3+ year old,even parents will enjoy playing with the young ones.
  
  Sadly to mention, my friends invested in Stocks, No space required. I relived my younger day, grew up without toy. When I got my first professional check,late 20 something,after house payment,student loans and living expenses, I bought toys to display in their own room.I’m early 50 now, I still love Barbie toys, as they are story teller about what children and parents have memories of playing Barbie one time or another during circle of life.
  
  
  Dimensions: Box is approximately L13”xW8-1/2”xD3-1/4”
  Alan is about 12” tall and Ryan is about 4-1/2”
  
  Condition: All contents are new in the box,that has never been opened.
  The cover clear plastic of the box has some dusty looking, and wearing imperfections at top edges,as shown in photos #8,9 and 10. That same condition when I purchased from ToyRUs decade ago.

  My parents,brothers and sisters escaped from Cambodia ,seeked rescue in Refugee camp in Thailand near Cambodian border 1979, while Khmer rouge resistances still fought with Vietnamese-Cambodian coalitions. On November, 1980, my whole family was brought to the United States by Lutheran Church. We had nothing started out. I helped with making ends meet during my high school
  years, by cleaning the houses of elderly church members.I was given used stuffs to bring home.
  In college, I worked for Antiques college mall. That was when I fall in love with antiques or Vintages at very early age. Even after making good income as software developer, I still do treasure hunting at Goldwills,salvation army,yard sale,auction ,antique shops etc
  After serious car accident 2011,I was asked to go on long term disability. I refused. 2016. I was let go. My income was decreased dramatically and monthly medical bills pile up.Thankfully, Etsy came to the rescue for selling my collection. Every sale I make, I hope my customers are excited as I am.I love estate sale. Your purchase helps my treasure hunting addiction.
